A very light blue (or possibly white) flag with a large town seal in the center. The seal shows a grey stone bridge over a river, a white building behind, and green bushes around. In a white ring around the seal is written the town names SHENEWEMEDY, NEW MEADOWS and TOPSFIELD 1650. Topsfield is in Essex County.
