A sand-colored flag, with the town seal in the center. The seal consists of a shield bearing a portrait of E.N. Holbrook, in front of a red and white striped background, and on the red top of the shield the words COCHATO 1634. Around the shield are other town names, a hammer and anvil, a scythe and plow, a sword-wielding arm, and around the seal is a
ring with the town name and date. Holbrook is in Norfolk County.

"Holbrook Massachusetts, incorporated February 29, 1872, is a small residential community located 13 miles southeast of Boston in Norfolk County. The town just celebrated its 30th 'birthday' in 1996.
