This is probably a white flag although the photograph shows it a sand color. The town name and motto are written in red above and below. A seal in the center shows a red rampant lion and crescent on a white shield, on a blue disk, surrounded by town and state name and date of incorporation and a yellow rope. Dudley is in Worcester County.
