A pale lilac flag with the town seal in the center. The seal shows a picture of a woman holding a branch and a cornucopia at her feet with a village scene behind in the three-lobed frame. Branches of oak and maple(?) emanate from the seal on to the outer white ring, which bears the town name and date of incorporation. Below the seal are two branches and a small ribbon. Belmont is in Middlesex County.
