"The municipal flag shall be yellow and white, with the words 'City of
Harvey — Illinois — Incorporated — 1891' printed in yellow on a white back
ground; the city seal shall appear on the flag as described above in yellow
figures on a white background." The flag was adopted officially by this
ordinance in 1995.
