The flag of the Village of Bartlett, Illinois, is white with the village logo on it. Here is the logo explanation: "The Village of Bartlett's logo represents several things. The gazebo was built in 1991 to commemorate the Village's 100 year anniversary. The wheat stalks on either side resemble the early days when our founder Luther Bartlett was a wheat farmer. There are two nail-like pictures encapsulated on either side are railroad ties. The 1891 is on the front of a

About the village:
"Bartlett is a village located in both Cook County and DuPage County, Illinois. A small parcel on the western border is in Kane County. The population was 36,706 at the 2000 census. A 2002 recount gave the village a population of 37,304. In 2007 another recount gives the village a population of 41,500.
