DeKalb County Government.

was created in 1981 and includes a detailed description of its elements and
their symbolism; it doesn't refer to the flag. Indeed the only reference to the
county flag I found in the county website is in a January 2006 meeting
report about payment claims: The county's General Fund got 44 USD for a
County Flag.
