The city of Moscow, Idaho, is the county seat of Latah County and also the site of the main campus of the University of Idaho. The city has a standard black and white circular corporate seal which is affixed to legal documents. It also has a municipal seal (sometimes referred to alternatively as the municipal logo) which can be seen below at www.ci.moscow.id.us/help/index.asp. This logo forms the centerpiece of the municipal flag, which is of the same dimensions as the Idaho state flag and which has the same background color. The red and gold scroll beneath the Idaho seal is replaced by an identical scroll inscribed with the words 'City of Moscow, Idaho'.
