Sunny Hills is an unincorporated community and an abandoned housing
development which was first constructed in the 1960s, and planned for 60,000
citizens over 25,000 acres. It was abandoned not too long after its
construction and is now home to only 612 homes and the Sunny Hills Golf Club.
