The flag of Biscayne Park was adopted by Mayor Ed Burke on March 4th, 1987,
for use at a public display of municipal flags at the Dade County Youth Fair; a
display which no longer exists as of 2024. The flag consists of a white field
with the city seal rendered in gold, white and brown, placed above brown and
green bars forming a saltire; a design clearly intended to mimic both the county
and state flags.
This flag is among the many Miami-Dade flags designed
for the Youth Fair that are still in active use.
