A small community in Central California In the 1960s, architect, developer and casino owner Delbert E. Webb started designing communities for people who have reached the better half of their lives. Today, there are 50 Del Webb communities in 20 states.
The Woodbridge community at the north edge of Manteca was developed in 2006. By now, it is about 30% done with about 500 houses built so far. The flag is just the name Woodbridge in dark blue letters on a white sheet.
