Description of the flag

Although the city of Dana Point has reported to me that it does not have a flag, an image from a councillor's re-election webpage indicates otherwise: www.lisa4dp.com/index.php?target=opera.target.

"Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. The population was about 37,326 as of January 1, 2010 according to the California Department of Finance.
