The flag of the City of St. Johns, Arizona, consists of complete city logo in red on a white background. The logo shows typical Arizona desert scene - sky, sun and (flat) mountains. Information and image of the flag thanks to Marta C Moerch, Finance Director/City Clerk. Here is what she says about the history of the flag: "There are many conflicting tales as to who came up with the design for the flag; it wasn't written down and descendents from more than one pioneer family claim that it was their idea, so there is no true way to determine the actual story. I'm afraid the history of the flag itself has been lost to time (and it wasn't even that long ago!).".
