The Pantex Plant is a nuclear weapons assembly facility in Texas. The flag is
the Pantex logo superimposed over a red, white and blue map of Texas, with a red
stripe across the top, and a blue stripe across the bottom. "Protecting Our
Nation's Freedom" is in white, across the blue stripe. Note that the logo colors
on the flag are reversed from what is used in the company logo generally.
