Vinnyts'kyy Rayon adopted its coat of arms and flag on 17.04.2008

The Rayon has 3 Settlement Councils: Urban Settlement of Voronovytsya, Urban Settlement of Desna, and Urban Settlement of Strizhavka, and 30 Village Councils: Agronomichna, Bokhonyts'ka, Velykokrushlynets'ka, Vinnytsk'o-Khutirs'ka, Ghavryshivs'ka, Ghumens'ka, Dorozhnens'ka, Zhabelivs'ka, Ivanivs'ka, Il'kivs'ka, Komarivs'ka, Ksaverivs'ka, Lavrivs'ka, Luko-Meleshkivs'ka, Maydans'ka, Malokrushlynets'ka, Medvezho-Vushkivs'ka, Mizyakivs'ko-Khutirs'ka, Nekrasovs'ka, Olenivs'ka, Parpurovets'ka, Pysarivs'ka, Poberezhnens'ka, Pultivets'ka, Sokyrynets'ka, Sosons'ka, Stadnyts'ka, Stepanivs'ka, Shyrokogrebel's'ka, and Yakushynets'ka village council. Urban Settlement of Voronovytsya has coat of arms and flag. Urban Settlement of Strizhavka has emblem and flag. Nekrasovs'ka (Village of Nekrasove) has only flag known, I wasn't able to locate an image of the coat of arms. Sokyrynets'ka (Village of Sokyryntsi) has coat of arms and flag. Yakushynets'ka Village Council (Village of Yakushyntsi) has also coat of arms and flag.

The Flag

The flag is horizontally divided blue over green by a narrow wavy white stripe. In the center is the red shield bearing a hooked cross above crossed sabers.
