"It was confirmed by rural council at January, 28, 1998. A square yellow panel; on a dark blue background is yellow snipe in flight, below the flag has a horizontal green strip (width in 1/5 sides of a flag). The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi.

"It was confirmed by rural council at January, 28, 1998. In an azure field flies or snipe. The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi. The arms displays features of local fauna.

"For the first time it is mentioned since 1629 when prince Al'breht Radzyvil has received a significant part of Stepan' district and has based city of Kazymyriv, having named it in honour over a Kazymyr, cartridge prince of Rich Pospolyta. The modern name carries since 1946."
