rectangular panel with a ratio of the parties 1:1. The yellow
field is per fess by azure Andrew's cross. In the top and bottom
quarters are green birch leaves, in right and left quarters are
red gates. The author is Yu.Terlets'kyi. "

fess by azure Andrew's cross. In the top and bottom quarters are
vert birch leaves, in right and left quarters are gules gates.
The Andrew's cross symbolizes a historical name of city, birch
leaves mean modern name. The gates symbolize old history. The
author is Yu.Terlets'kyi."
