Ukraine. Description of the flag was located at <www.city.kherson.ua>
as follows: White flag with three blue stripes. Width of middle
white stripe = twice the width of other two blue stripes. Coat of
Arms placed in the centre of the flag. Ratio and width of white
stripes are unknown.

now and there is a different Coat
of Arms and the flag
also look different and got no outer white stripes.
