Hadyach - town in Poltava oblast. 23,000 inh. Flag (designed
by me) was adopted by local council on May 4, 2000. It shows
image of St. Michael (symbol from old Coat of Arms (17 Cent.))
and 3 stars (symbol of Cossac's traditions - Hadyach had 3
Cossac's sotnyas (military and territorial parts) in 17-18
Cent..).
