"It was confirmed at June, 20th, 2003 by the decision N151
of X regional council session of 24 convocation. The rectangular
blue panel with side ratio as 2:3; in the bottom part is wave
strip in 1/3 of flag width, above it is yellow San-Nicolas
Pelagiivs'ka church. Contemporary side is mirror."

Pelagiivs'ka church with or light. In the bottom are crossed pike
and gonfalon of Ulano-Buz'ka divisions. The shield enframed by
argent cartouche with or ears and azure cornflowers."
