"It was confirmed at February, 17th, 1992 by the decision of
VI city council session of I convocation. The square panel, on a
yellow background is blue cluster of grapes with a green leaf,
from three parties (except for staff) on perimeter goes
blue-yellow border, in width to 1/10 of flag parties. The authors
are A.Grechylo and I.Svarnyk.

The grape in Ukrainian is "vynohrad" and the name of
Vynnyky we can translate as "vineyard" or similar.
