"It was confirmed in June, 29th, 1999 by the decision of V
village council session of III convocation. A square white panel,
from the bottom corners to the middle of the top edge goes blue
strips (in width of 1/5 the gonfalon), in the top corners are
green beech leaves, below it is red cancer."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in June, 29th, 1999 by the decision of V
village council session of III convocation. Argent; azure
chevron, on its parties are vert beech leaves, below it is gules
cancer. The shield enframed by or cartouche and crowned by or
village crown. The author is A.Grechylo.
Symbols mean natural resources. Chevron (as the letter
"Л") specifies the name of village. Beech leaves, a
cancer and white (argent) color means villages Bukova
("beech"), Rakovo ("cancer") and Bylychi
("white"), a part of the village counsil.
