"The flag was approved by the decision of session Kremins'kyi regional council from March 14th, 2000. The rectangular panel with a ratio of the parties 2:3 is parted by three horizontal wave bands - green, white and green - in the ratio of their width 1:2:1; in center of a white band is the green young deer with the wrapped up back head.
Kremins'kyi region was arranged in a southern part of Lugans'ka oblast'. The region was derivated in September 1940. There are 59 settlements in the region. The region naming has received from Kreminna city that founded about 1680.
The region is one of the most picturesque places of oblast'. Around are green forests from pine, birch and oak perennial arbors, and in forests is a rich fauna: cabans, fox, jackrabbits, mooses, deers...
The maiden coal mine was constructed at 1893. "

"The modern emblem was approved by the decision of session Kremins'kyi regional council from March 14th, 2000. The shield tierced in wave pale and per bend by vert, argent and vert. In an argent field on two sable seams of coal is vert young deer is going to right with the head that has been turned around to the left. The emblem is crowned with an mauerkrone with towers constructed by five cores and four acorns, and adorned by decorative cartouche with argent ribbon and letters "KREMINS'KYI REGION" on it. The authors are O.Zhytnychenko and A.Zakorets'kyi."
