"Gonfalon is a rectangular dark blue panel, in which are
white cellar with the yellow door, accompanied in a right top
corner by the yellow paty cross, the left top corner by the

Heraldry:
"In an azure field is an argent cellar with the or door,
accompanied in a right top corner by the or paty cross, at the
left top corner by the or axe, and by the or fish below. The
emblem adorned by or decorative cartouche and crowned by an or
rural crown. The image of a cellar means the name of village.
According to legends, there were cellars of the Mykhailivs'kyi
monastery. The cross means it. In cellars kept not only honey,
products, but also a princely arsenal of the weapon. The image of
an axe means it. By the legend, the first settler was fisherman
Gudz', that symbolizes the image of a fish. (<www.brovary-region.com.ua/silrada/silrada.htm>)."

Heraldry:
"Many historical, annalistic, archeologic, folklore
certificate that Pogreby existed still in princely time. Local
legends name the first founder-fisherman. At excavation
archeologists have found here seal of Ratybor - colonel of
Volodymyr Monomah prince. By the other legend, there were cellars
(pogreby) of the Kyiv monasteries with stocks of vegetables and
honey. The first written mention concerns to 1545 according to
Kyiv documents. Sinve 1648 village belonged to Kyiv cossacks
regiment."
