"It was confirmed at 05.20.2004 by solution of XVI regional
session council of 24 convocation. There is blue rectangular
panel with ratio 2:3 and two vertical green strips near staff and
free border. On the panel is yellow horse and yellow sunflower
with blank middle above it."

leaping horse with turned head, accompanied by or sunflower with
sable middle atop. The shield enframed by or ears and argent
Ukrainian towel with motto "Dnipropetrovs'kyi region".
