village council session. Per bend sinister. Gules; or grape bunch
with two leaves. Azure; argent boat with argent sail and azure
letter "A" and argent banner, accompanied below by
argent wavy barrulets."

"The first name is Zhelabivka. After Crimea war the owner of
this lands was A.Nelidov. It was renamed in honor of A.Zhelabov,
the member of "Narodna volya" ("Pepole
freedom"). Now it is belonged to Kacha village council of
Sevastopol' city council."
