Blue flag with white sun in the middle and white border all
around. The construction in Flaggenbuich determines that the
border is 1/5 of hoist wide, sun 3/5 of the blue field high.

Although High Government Officials' Flag was flown on a Customs vessel while
the
Minister of Finance was getting on, it did not
only represent this Minister but all ROC High Government Officials. This flag
has never been abolished de jure, but it's no longer flown.
