According to Taiwanese flag site,
Globalflag, there is a new subdivision in
Taiwan. Former Taipei county has been trasformed into Hsinbei or Xinbei
District, which means "new north district". This includes northern territory of
the island surrounding the capital.

There is a new flag for this new entity hoisted on 25 December 2010 at first
