A light blue flag approximately 11:16 with a large circular seal on it
(diameter about 2/3rds of the flags height). This is divided horizontally: the
upper half is blue with a dark green stylized outline of a three-peak mountain
and the lower half very dark blue with a light yellowish green stylized landmass
outline. On it, and towering onto the dark green area, a white lighthouse
beaming left and right two cones of white light.
On the stylized sea area (very dark blue), white Han ideographs reading
"屏東縣" (which in pinyin transcription is "Pĭngdōng
Xiàn".
Wide yellow black-lined ring reading on the bottom in black thick serif Latin
capitals "PING TUNG COUNTY" in an arched line.
