The Yardimci Corporation (website) is a well established shipowning and shipbuilding corporation, which was founded by Sevket Yardimci in 1974. The corporation owns and manages a fleet of Multipurpose Container Ships, Bulk Carriers and Chemical Tankers.
In addition, the Yardimci Corporation also owns two modern shipyards named Yardimci and Turkter Shipyards.
In collaboration with Gemsan Shipyard, Yardimci formed a dry-docking company named Yardgem Shipping Inc. which owns two floating docks and specializes in dry-docking, repairing and maintenance of vessels up to Panamax size tonnage.
