The former flag of the Ministry of Youth and Sports was white (photo, photo, photo, photo, photo), or blue (photo, photo), with the ministry's emblem in the middle. "Türkiye Cumhuriyeti" means " Republic of Turkey". The motto "Güçlü yarinlar için" reads "For a Stronger Future".

Spor Toto, established in 1949, is Turkey's sports official organization. Spor Toto is headquartered at the General Directorate of Youth and Sports, a subdivision of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Spor Toto has been the sponsor of the football top league since 2010.
