The flag of Kemalpaşa (photo) is white with the municipality's emblem. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The emblem features the two main sources of income for the town, cherry
cultivation and industry.
The Kemalpaşa Golden Cherry Festival of Culture and Art (presentation), which turned out to be traditional as years passed since 1936 and which is organized under
leadership of Kemalpaşa Municipality in a way to encourage the best
berry growers, is celebrated deliriously each year during the first week
of either May or June by being strengthened via some cultural and
entertainment activities.
The Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone (Kemalpaşa Organize Sanayi
Bölgesi - KOSBİ) covers 1,300 ha and employs more than 22,000 workers
(50,000 jobs are expected in the future).
