There was no flag for Amnat Charoen displayed in the Thai Ministry of
Interior Regions and Provinces documents in 2000, only a badge. The seal shows
the 20 metres (66 ft) high Buddha-Statue Phra Mongkhon Ming Mueang that stands
in the provincial capital Amnat Charoen. The seal may be placed on a light
blue/purple field, but I did not find any proof of that, except the light
blue/purple circle around the badge.
