province is horizontally divided bluish green / white / bluish green (~1:2:1)
with a representation of the provincial seal in the center of the flag. The

seal of the province shows a diamond before a mountain, as diamonds are found in
this mountainous province. In the front are tobacco plants as one of the crops
grown in the province.
