According to the texts on the provincial website at
http://www.singburi.go.th/logo/logo.html, the provincial flag is red with
the new provincial seal in the center. The new provincial seal was adopted in
2004 and shows the monument dedicated to the eleven villagers' leaders of Khai
Bangrachan. When the Burmese attacked Ayutthaya in 1765, eleven villagers from
Bangrachan fought the army when it stopped north of Ayutthaya. They managed to
delay them for five months before they were finally defeated, soon thereafter
Ayutthaya fell as well. The memorial monument of Bangrachan was inaugurated by
king Rama IX in 2519 (=1976). The monument is shown in shades of grey on a red
background with the name of the province in black. The seal in surrounded by
national colours: white/blue/white/red circular lines. On the flag, the outer
red circle is cut out to fit together with the red field.

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Sing Buri was
dark red with the former provincial seal in the middle. The image here was made
