According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Chon Buri
province is horizontally divided in three stripes (N-Y-N, with the yellow stripe
wider than the black ones) with the provincial seal in the middle of the flag.

seal of the province shows over the sea the outline of Khao Sam Muk, on which a
shrine is located. Local people believe that the spirit of that mountain
