It seems to me that Imatong state (renamed Torit in 2018) kept the symbols of
Eastern Equatoria State:

Imatong State was one of the states established by the presidential decree of 2 October 2015, later revoked disestablishing it on 22 February 2020. It was originally Imatong, but later renamed to Torit State in April 2018; its capital was of the same name. Since Imatong was the successor to Eastern Equatoria with even the same capital in Torit, it made sense to keep the Eastern Equatoria symbols including its flag.
The Imatong flag was a golden field, with two bands of black and red (top to bottom) taking 2/4 of the flag's height in the center. Taking the height of the bands, a green oval depicts a cheetah representing the nature of the people; this cheetah is also the state emblem.
