The flag now used by the president is dark blue with a white square panel in the middle where the coat of arms is placed.

I have encountered what it seems to be the presidential flag of Sierra Leone on the SLPP website at http://www.slpp.ws. There's also another image at http://www.grioo.com and one more at http://www.leoneclub.org. It seems that the flag has the coat of arms
(http://en.wikipedia.org) on it.

The president's flag looks to be the national arms in a square panel in the middle of a very dark (as compared with the green of the national flag in the same photo, and with the green of the charges in the arms) green field. Image above uses the arms as shown on Wikipedia.
