Image based on the Heraldický Register Slovenskej Republiky II, 2001 - Humenné, Humenné district, Prešov region - adopted 1991, based on a seal dated 1332.
Humenné is situated on the central flow of the Laborec river and its tributary Cirocha. It is in east Slovakia, near the Ukrainian border, with about 25.000 inhabitants.
