The house flag of Splošna plovba is divided diagonally in white and blue with a white emblem in the blue field. The emblem consists of a triple-peaked mountain (Triglav) above a white anchor and three white wavy lines.
The logo of the company, as shown on the corporate website,
is not white as shown on the flag, but red (Triglav mountain), black
(anchor) and blue (waves).
The Association of Shipmasters & Chief Engineers in Maritime Transport of the Republic of Slovenia (website), founded in 1990, uses the same symbol.

Right, erroneous version - Image by Jarig Bakker, 31 December 2004
The flag used before the independence of Slovenia has a golden bordered red five-pointed star in the white field, as shown by Josef Nuesse.
The Caltex book of Flags and Funnels [scx59] shows the flag, most probably erroneously, without the Triglav emblem in the blue field and without the yellow border around the star.
