Today I saw flags flying on the top of the buildings of Kammarrätten (Supreme
Court) and Svea hovrätt (2nd highest court, with jurisdiction over central
Sweden including e.g. Stockholm and Gotland). It was a banner of the arms which
can be seen on this page: http://www.dom.se.
The flag was a little longer than it was tall, but it didn't seem to have the
same proportions as the Swedish national flag nor the same shades of blue and
yellow (those were more like the colours on the image of the arms).
