Description of the flag

The "Межрегиональная общественная организация (Моо) Ассоциация полярников, Аспол" (Interregional public organization "Polar Explorers Association, Aspol") was established in 1990 and it is a collectivity that encompasses 1155 members across different professional and scientific fields for research and development with chapters in 24 Regions across the country.
