The "Десятилетия науки и технологий" (Decade of Science and Technology)
2022-2031 is a government program established via a Decree of the President of
April 25, 2022 No. 231 "On the declaration of the Decade of Science and
Technology in the Russian Federation") (http://kremlin.ru/acts/bank/47771)
to promote schoolchildren, as well as scientific volunteers, to conduct research
on assignment from Russian research institutes.
The stated goals are:

Attracting talented young people to research and development
- Promoting the
participation of researchers and developers in solving the most important
problems of social and national development
- Increasing the availability of
information about the achievements and prospects of Russian science for citizens
of the Russian Federation.

The flag is the logo on blue
over a horizontal background. The logo consists of two intersecting
elliptical orbits which take us back to the origins of modern science: a
quest for knowledge and discovery in the form of a gradient, and a vector,
which symbolizes continuity of growth, progress, striving for new knowledge.
They reflect the dynamics of development and the interaction of scientific
disciplines The font type is Mulish.
