Can anybody help me identify the
flags seen in
this picture. The picture is said to be taken on February 15, 2009 and the
caption reads: "Afghan War veterans celebrate 20 years since the withdrawal of
Soviet troops from Afghanistan”. Afghan War veterans celebrating 20 years since
the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan. They are on their way to
Victory Park to lay flowers at the WWII Memorial.
