The flag of Dubna is white color with two diagonal stripes of
dark-blue and red color, in the center of which is depicted a
composition made of a gear, curves from the oscilloscope, orbits
of electrons and an element of the Kremlin wall, name of the city
and date 1956. Dubna is one from famous scientific centers of
Russia. Ratio 2:3.
