Flag adopted by Council of Deputies on 22, March, 2002 (decision No 38/5).
Ratio 3:2.
According to Flag Regulation: stones symbolizes modern industry of the
district (production of building materials);
vertical blue stripe symbolizes the Domodedovo airport;
red “chief” symbolizes connection of the times.
