From Russian Heraldists
Union website
Pascal Gross, 25 Mar 2001
This flag looks very nice indeed, but what exactly are these white
things on green? Seeweed? Flames? The source website
(Russian Heraldists Union)
no longer gives away details, it just shows a list which informs that this
flag is their Nº580 and was published in Jan 13th, 2000.
