Skovorodinskiy County in 2022 became Skovorodinskiy Municipal District. Its official symbols were adopted on 21.07.2006.
The flag is a yellow cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, bearing an eagle proper with yellow eyes, beak, and claws, with outstretched wings, holding a black snake in its beak and standing on the base parted per fesse, above, white with two black pales, below, paly of four, red and green.

On a gold field, a reddish-brown eagle facing right with outstretched wings and with golden eyes, beak and claws, holding in its beak a black snake coiled around it, and standing on a base parted per fesse, above, tierced per pale black white black (or sable argent sable), below, parted per pale green and red (or vert and gules).
