City of Belogorsk has had symbols for a long time. The City Council of People's Deputies adopted the coat of arms on 11.05.2000, and the flag on 04.05.2009.
A rectangular cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, consisting of two horizontal stripes: the upper green one, 2/3 the width of the cloth, and the lower wavy blue one; in the center of the green stripe are two white triangular mountains of equal height (the bases of which coincide with the dividing line of the cloth stripes), with the one closest to the flagpole coming out from behind the other towards the flagpole, above which are three eight-pointed white stars in a row.
