Belogorskiy County in 2020 changed its status into Belogorskiy Municipal
District, and all 13 municipalities within it were dissolved. It has its own
symbols for more than a decade.
The County Council of People's Deputies
adopted the coat of arms and the flag on 19.10.2012.
A rectangular cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, consisting of three equal horizontal stripes: the top stripe is green; the middle stripe is white, echoing the color of the middle silver field of the heraldic shield; the bottom blue stripe is separated from the white stripe by three wavy lines (dark blue, white, and light blue). The three wavy lines occupy one-fifth of the bottom blue heraldic stripe, or one-fifteenth of the entire heraldic field of the flag.
